Excel Financial Reporting Analysis
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
My raw financial data in Excel needs to be turned into clear, reliable reports. The scope centres on financial analysis—specifically financial reporting—so the deliverable is a set of well-structured workbooks that calculate, summarise, and present the numbers I provide.
Here’s what I expect:
• Clean and organise the source sheets so formulas reference consistent ranges.
• Build reporting tabs that pull key figures (revenue, expenses, variances, YoY comparisons) using functions such as SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, and PivotTables.
• Add dynamic elements—slicers, simple dashboards, or charts—so I can filter by period or business unit without rewriting formulas.
• Apply professional formatting: named ranges, clear labels, colour-coded sections, and protection where appropriate.
• Deliver a final file with all calculations working, plus a brief walkthrough so I can maintain it.
Accuracy and transparency are essential; every total must link back to traceable source data. If macros or Power Query would streamline updates, feel free to incorporate them.
The dataset is ready to share once we start, and I’m available to clarify any account-specific metrics.
