Excel Comparative Analysis & Charts
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I have a set of notes that need to be transformed into a clean Excel file, then explored through comparative analysis and brought to life with clear, reader-friendly charts or graphs. My end goal is to understand how the different variables in the notes relate to one another and to present those insights visually for quick decision-making.
Right now I’m still confirming whether all of the datasets are already available or if we’ll have to locate a few missing pieces. If you spot gaps, I’ll count on your guidance for sourcing or structuring the additional data before we move into the analysis phase.
Once the data is ready, I’d like you to:
• Build a comparative analysis in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, or Power Query—use the approach you feel is most efficient).
• Design clear charts or graphs that instantly highlight the key comparisons.
Deliverables:
1. A fully organized Excel workbook with the comparative analysis in place.
2. A separate sheet (or dashboard) containing the finalized charts/graphs.
3. A brief walkthrough explaining how the analysis was set up so I can update it later if new data arrives.
Please let me know your preferred method for receiving the raw notes and any early thoughts on how you’d handle potential data gaps.
