Excel Cleanup & Formatting $30
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m working with a small Excel file that contains some duplicated lines, mixed font styles and sizes, and a few columns that are out of place. I’d like you to open the workbook in Microsoft Excel (or an equivalent tool that preserves full compatibility) and return a polished, ready-to-use version.
Here’s what I expect:
• Eliminate every duplicate row so that each record appears only once.
• Apply one consistent font family and size throughout the entire sheet—headings included—so nothing looks patchy.
• Re-arrange the columns into a logical, readable order; feel free to suggest the clearest structure before finalising.
• Make any quick touches that improve readability (uniform row height, sensible column widths, aligned headers).
Once done, send back the cleaned .xlsx file with no data loss and all formulas intact. This is a lightweight job, so if you’re comfortable with Excel’s built-in data-cleaning tools or a brief VBA macro, it shouldn’t take long.
