Excel Automation & Dashboard Overhaul

I’m handing over our current Excel workbook so it can become a polished, brand-aligned tool the whole team can rely on. My first priority is tightening up every formula and building smart automations—dynamic drop-downs, automatic roll-ups, and error-proof calculations that refresh the moment new data lands in the sheet.

Navigation also needs an upgrade: clear, well-labelled tabs or sections will let users jump straight to what they need instead of scrolling through clutter. On top of that, I’d like a clean, interactive dashboard that highlights our sales data, comparing current figures with previous years for instant trend insight.

Consistent colours, fonts, and spacing must match our corporate style guide so the file looks as professional as the reports it produces.

Because this is a small fixed-fee job (US $10–30), concise results matter. Here’s what I need back:
• A reorganised workbook with all formulas corrected, streamlined, and documented
• Time-saving automations (macros, PivotTables, Power Query, or similar) already wired in
• A sales-focused dashboard summarising current vs. historical performance
• Unified formatting that mirrors our branding
• A short hand-over document or screen-share video explaining the structure and any maintenance steps

I’ll provide the existing file plus brand assets as soon as we start, and I’ll be on hand for quick feedback so we can wrap this efficiently.
