Excel Accounting for small shop
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Daily transactions in my small shop require precise, same-day entry in a well-structured Excel workbook. Each evening’s figures for both Sales and Expenses must be logged, validated, and balanced so I can quickly see how the business is performing.
A running Sales Summary report—data only, no charts or graphics—should update automatically from those entries. If you prefer pivot tables, SUMIFS or Power Query, that’s fine as long as the end result is a clear, filterable summary I can print or send.
Deliverables
• A clean, easy-to-use workbook with separate entry sheets (or a single form-style sheet) feeding an up-to-date Sales Summary tab
• Daily posting of sales and expense figures supplied by me (via scanned slips or message)
• Basic check to make sure totals tally and any discrepancies are flagged
Accuracy and timeliness are more important than fancy visuals; consistency is key.
