Developing a Macro to Generate Randomized Training Logs from an Excel Sheet

Description:
I conducted a training course on the Moodle e-learning platform (https://moodle.org/?lang=en), but I lost the server access credentials and cannot download the logs of training actions performed by the learners. However, I have an Excel sheet containing the following information:
• Learner's first and last name
• Company name
• Names of courses taken
• Number of hours spent on each course
• Total number of hours spent
I would like you to develop a macro that can generate an Excel file with learner logs based on the information in the input Excel sheet (input file attached). The logs should include dates and times. The times should be randomized in a logical way to simulate real learner activity (e.g., time of login to the platform, time of authentication with password creation, time of training start, time of training end).
