Calculate Z-Scores

The attached file contains a subset of a large dataset. For the current phase of this project, which is the completion of TABLE A, I need a formula that performs the indicated calculation, only if there is a number (whether positive or negative) in the corresponding field in Table 3. If the corresponding field in Table 3 is zero, then enter a zero in TABLE A. What will you charge for this task?
