The objective of this project is to design and implement a series of automated workflow tasks using Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and N8N to enhance various business workflow processes. The automation will cover tasks such as extracting keywords from competitor websites and Google searches, creating and posting blogs, managing social media postings, setting up an email reply system, and compiling daily business data statistics.
Scope of Work:
Automated Keyword Extraction:
Develop a robust solution to efficiently harvest relevant keywords from competitor websites and Google search results.
Integrate this process with N8N for seamless automation.
Blog Creation and Distribution:
Establish a workflow for generating high-quality blog content based on selected keywords.
Automate the posting of created blogs on the designated platform.
Implement simultaneous sharing of blog content on specified social media channels.
Email Reply System:
Set up an email reply system using Google Sheets to automate responses to specific queries or requests.
Ensure the system can handle various types of inquiries effectively.
Daily Business Data Statistics:
Create a process to compile and organize daily business data statistics within Google Sheets.
Ensure the data is presented in a clear and actionable format for decision-making.
Ai Prompt Engineering:
Develop well-engineered AI prompts for ChatGPT interactions to facilitate natural language communication with automated processes.
