Automate Logistics Excel Workbook

I need our simple logistics data-entry workbook turned into a smarter, mostly hands-off tool. Right now staff key information into a single base sheet, then we spend extra time copying, filtering and re-formatting that same data before it can be e-mailed to clients. I want to keep the base sheet as the only place anyone touches the raw figures, but have the rest happen automatically:

• Guided data input – drop-downs, look-ups or forms that prevent typos and ensure each required field is filled.
• One-click data output – macros or Power Query that transform the base data into clean, customer-ready sheets (PDF or XLSX) and save them to a specified folder, ready to attach to an e-mail.

Because all finished files go out as e-mail attachments, the generated sheets must carry our existing layout and branding without any manual tweaks.

The workbook is small, so I’m expecting straightforward VBA, Office Scripts or similar—not a full database rebuild. Deliver the updated file, unlocked code, and a brief walkthrough video or document so I can adjust field names in the future.
