Automate Excel Operational Reports
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Every week I’m compiling the same operational numbers by hand and it’s time-consuming. I’m looking for someone who can turn that routine into a single-click Excel solution using VBA macros, Power Query, or any other built-in automation you trust.
The goal is simple: feed in raw operational data and walk away with a fully formatted report ready for management review—charts, KPIs, and any calculated metrics included.
What I will provide
• Sample raw data files (CSV/XLSX) and the current manual report layout.
• A short list of the key operational metrics I track.
What I need from you
• An Excel workbook (or add-in) that pulls in the fresh data, cleans and reshapes it, then produces the finished operational report automatically.
• Well-commented code and a brief “how-to” note so I can maintain or adjust the process later.
Acceptance Criteria
• One-button refresh generates the entire report with no manual edits.
• Formulas, queries, and VBA are stable across the latest two Excel versions (Office 365 & 2019).
• Clear inline documentation of each automation step.
If you’ve built similar automated reports before, feel free to mention the approach and any libraries or techniques you prefer. I’m ready to start as soon as you can confirm scope and timeline.
