Automate Excel Financial Report Template

I am ready to turn my current cost-estimation workbook into a fully automated financial-report generator. The objective is simple: with one click, Excel should gather the raw numbers I drop into source sheets, run the calculations, and present a polished financial report that’s formatted for printing and PDF export.
Scope of work
• Build VBA macros (and any supporting Power Query/PivotTable logic) that automate report generation.
• Include a user-friendly form for key inputs such as date range, project code, and currency.
• Populate a cost-estimation layout that aligns with standard financial-report structure.
• Add robust data-validation and error-handling so no empty or duplicate entries slip through.
• Leave the code clearly commented; I need to maintain and tweak it later.
Acceptance criteria
The macro must execute without errors in Office 365 desktop Excel, fill every field accurately, and complete the task in under five seconds on a dataset of roughly 10 000 rows.
All raw data will reside in standard Excel tables—no external databases for now—yet the solution should be modular enough to accommodate new data sources down the road.
