Advanced Excel Automation & Training

I need an expert who can turn my current Excel workflow into a largely hands-free system. The priority is automation—specifically streamlining data entry, speeding up data processing, and producing polished reports without repetitive manual steps.

Here’s what I expect:
• Build or refine advanced formulas—and, where they make sense, macros or Power Query steps—to pull raw inputs into the workbook, validate them, and push the results into structured tables ready for analysis.
• Configure one-click or event-driven routines that transform those cleaned tables into the summary sheets and charts I already use for reporting.
• Document the logic clearly inside the workbook so I can maintain or extend it later.
• Deliver an advanced-level training session (screen-share or recorded) that walks me through every component: the formulas, any VBA or query steps, and best-practice tips for troubleshooting or scaling the model.

I’m comfortable with Excel basics, so feel free to dive straight into topics like dynamic array functions, INDEX/XMATCH combos, LET/LAMBDA patterns, or efficient looping in VBA if that’s the right tool. By the end I should be able to press a button (or trigger a refresh) and watch the data flow from entry to finished report—then explain exactly how it works to my own team.
