We are seeking a freelancer who can assist us in just finding seminars and conferences anywhere Japan between the 1st of November 2023 to December 5th 2023. The events should be on Business, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas sector, Property sector, Technology, Farming, Wine sector. As an experienced event planner, you should have a strong understanding of the logistics involved in organizing such events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and selecting suitable venues in Japan for the dates listed
- Assisting in booking or reserving the tickets for each event for our clients
- Ensuring a smooth and successful event experience for all participants
Ideal candidates for this project will have prior experience in event planning. You should be familiar with the local business culture and have excellent communication skills to liaise with both Japanese and international stakeholders.
