I need a photographer for a birthday party.

I need a good photographer for a birthday party. It's for my uncle's 60. We are from Africa so it will be in a fast pace environment but always in the joy. I don't need a very experienced one, just one who does the job. The party is from 8 pm till midnight in Birmingham and we offer him food and drinks of course. I'm a student so my budget so is not huge.
