Wisconsin Fundraising Coordinator Outreach

Job ID: 40426371

Budget: $10 – $100 USD

We are seeking an independent Regional Testing Coordinator for a Wisconsin-based airport shuttle fundraising and testing initiative operating near three Wisconsin commercial airports. While all participating organizations and testing operations are located within Wisconsin, applicants from Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota familiar with Wisconsin communities and regional coordination are encouraged to apply.

IMPORTANT: This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity and is not an hourly or salary position. The Regional Testing Coordinator will oversee and support 18 participating organizations throughout a 3-week airport shuttle testing campaign consisting of AM, Midday, and PM scheduled shuttle runs.

Responsibilities include recruiting participating schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations; assisting with onboarding and app setup; maintaining communication with organizations throughout testing; tracking participation activity; supporting scheduling coordination; and helping promote the initiative within assigned regions.

Organizations participate through a $299 signup structure and may use the testing initiative as a fundraising opportunity by requesting donations from passengers during operations. Passengers pay a required $10 booking fee to enter the system and may voluntarily donate directly to the participating organization providing the ride service.

Organizations must provide a commercially insured 10-passenger vehicle along with approved drivers. Self-onboarding instructions, schedules, app downloads, and setup materials will be provided after registration.

Compensation includes $100 per successfully recruited organization. Fifty percent (50%) of the compensation is paid after successful onboarding completion, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) paid after successful completion of the testing cycle. Coordinators will also receive $5 from every completed passenger booking fee generated during the campaign. Booking-fee compensation is paid at the conclusion of the testing period.

Participation in this testing initiative may lead to future fundraising and operational campaign opportunities.
