Wedding Décor Sales Specialist

Join me in turning dream weddings into reality by driving new business for my wedding planning and décor studio. Your core focus will be proactive client outreach: answering enquiries, following up with newly engaged couples, and nurturing relationships until the booking is secured. You will also help me prepare for, attend, and represent the brand at regional wedding expos a few times each season—travel will be occasional rather than constant.

Success in this role rests on three strengths: clear, friendly communication that inspires confidence; an organiser’s eye for detail that keeps expo timelines and collateral on track; and a customer-first mindset that turns every interaction into a lasting relationship. Expect to work closely with me on call scripts, CRM updates and post-expo lead follow-ups, but you’ll have plenty of room to bring your own ideas for engagement and upselling.
