Wedding Reception Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My wedding is scheduled for late February 2026 in Plantersville, Texas, and I need a dependable pair of hands to handle one very focused task: dressing the reception hall tables in an elegant style. All plates, cutlery, glassware, runners, and minor décor will already be packed and ready for pick-up at a nearby rental company; your first step is to collect those boxes, drive them to the venue, and have every table guest-ready before guests arrive.
Scope
• Pick up the boxed table settings from the designated rental warehouse (exact address provided after hire).
• Arrive at the venue two hours before the planner’s walkthrough, unload, and set each place exactly as outlined in the mock-up photos I will supply.
• No floral arrangements, lighting, or drapery work is needed—just the table settings in an elegant layout and signs placed in designated spots - signs will already be at the venue
• Once every table is dressed, snap a few quick photos for my confirmation, tidy leftover packing materials into a back-room corner, and you’re done.
Timing & Pay
The entire job should fit comfortably into a two-hour window on the event day. I’ve set aside a flat $150 for the task, payable immediately after the final confirmation photos are received.
What I’m looking for
Someone punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of following a simple visual guide is all that’s required. A reliable vehicle for transport is essential; the boxes aren’t heavy but do take up trunk space.
If you can commit to the date and enjoy making spaces look polished, let’s talk.
