• Curate all table and chair elements: linens, runners, napkins, chargers, and any accent décor needed to complete the look.
• Source and liaise with décor vendors or rental houses, securing quotes and availability that match the design plan.
• Produce a clear setup guide (layouts, reference photos, item lists) so day-of execution runs smoothly.
