Virtual Assistant with Event Planning Expertise Needed

Seeking a Virtual Admin with Event Planning, and Cold-Calling Experience.
XpertUS.com is a training provider in the Leadership Development space.
We are interested in hiring a remote virtual assistant (VA) to help us with the following;
1. Admin functions
2. Event planning
3. Cold-Calling
4. Appointment Setting
Must be very computer literate, preferably with CRM experience, with a neutral accent.
Prior marketing experience is very desirable.
Compensation:
Ten percent (10%) commission, plus base, as follows:
Starting $100.00 per month; then increasing by $50.00 each month, up to $200.00 per month, based on performance.
With public events, you are required to take total responsibility.
(Plan and market the event, including the preparation of marketing material; Manage registrations; Manage email communications; Manage attendance on workshop days; Track payments, and general admin. tasks)
You are free to work your own hours; but we expect results.
You must be timely, responsive, and accountable.
You must have a good internet connection.
