Vendors event

I need to get people engaged in wanting to buy a spot as a vendor in a vendors event during a gala event. It will be in a building that rent loft starting at 100, 000. So basically, I need the right words to get people to buy spots to become a vendor at a gala event. Something direct but short and sweet.
