Vacation plan for 2 adults and one 1.5 year old to Italy and Barcelona

I need someone with vacation planing experience to give me 2 options for a 10days 15 days trip to Italy and Barcelona
The plan will include
- flight with prices
- locations of travel
- attractions and activities
- days to stay
- recommend restaurants
- transportation methods
- the plan will include prices and pictures

We are 2 adults and one baby under 2 years
And we will be traveling from ( Muscat / Oman )
We plan that the trip should be 10 or 15 days maximum
We need at least two options for the plan and we plan to do this trip between the months September and October of this year 2022
