Tabla Artist for Small Gathering

I’m arranging a cosy community gathering in our society for about 15–20 residents and would love a live tabla accompaniment for our Kathak dancers. The set is planned for one hour and I need someone who can arrive with their own tabla, tune up quickly, and blend seamlessly with traditional Kathak pieces.

The space is an indoor common hall, so volume balance and subtlety are important; there’s no elaborate stage or sound system, just an intimate circle where the dancers and live percussion can interact closely with the audience. If you are comfortable leading short improvisational passages and keeping perfect synchronicity with classical footwork, this will be a relaxed yet engaging slot.
