Seminar Planning in Dubai

We are hosting a Seminar related to Canada startup Visa Program in Dubai on October 5th or 6th. We need a freelancer to do the research for the event room in a 5 star hotel with parking, tea & coffee and cookies as snacks. The seminar room must accommodate minimum of 100 people.
