Professional Conference Organizing
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
The charity You Okay, Doc? provide mental health support for the healthcare community. In March 2025, we are hosting a one day conference in Manchester for 100 delegates.
We are looking for an event organiser to deliver this event, including curating the programme and working with our charity trustees to market the event to drive sign ups.
We do not need someone to work specific days but are driven by the outcomes of the event.
This is a small scale event and requires someone with:
-experience of previously managing events
-can work with designers to deliver event brochures
-happy to build and manage relationships with speakers
Your tasks will mainly include, but are not limited to:
- Securing more speakers for our programme
- Arranging all necessary logistics.
- Coordinating with speakers and generating an engaging schedule for the attendees
- Working with our designer to deliver an event brochure
