Planner needed for rehearsal dinner

I am looking for a planner to help with my son's rehearsal dinner. I have a limited budget of less than $500 and expect to host a gathering of less than 30 people. Specifically, I am looking for assistance with venue selection and coordination, menu planning and catering, and decor. The planner should have adequate knowledge and experience with arranging events.
