October Wedding Styling Needed
Budget: $35 – $40 AUD
I’m organising a two-day Indian-inspired wedding celebration on the 9th and 10th of October across venues in North-West Sydney and Parramatta, and I need a creative professional who can handle the full look and feel of the event. Floral arrangements, venue styling, table settings and draping all fall under your scope, from concept through pack-down.
Here’s what I have in mind: vibrant, festival-style décor with rich colour, texture and plenty of fresh flowers that speak to traditional Indian weddings while still feeling contemporary. Think generous garlands, statement backdrops for the mandap and reception, coordinated linens and centrepieces, and seamless transitions between the ceremony and the following day’s festivities.
I’ll supply floor plans and a rough run-sheet; you’ll refine the mood board, source materials, install on the day(s), and return for pack-down. If you own your own hire inventory or have preferred local suppliers, great—just let me know so we can lock logistics in early.
Ideal partner:
• Proven experience styling weddings or large cultural events
• Familiar with North-West Sydney / Parramatta venues and bump-in restrictions
• Able to manage fresh-flower procurement, setup and overnight care for a two-day schedule
Deliverables will be approved once the final layout matches the agreed mood board, flowers remain fresh throughout both days, and the space is returned to venue standards after pack-down.
