NCJW Conference Planner
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is seeking an external conference planner to manage the logistical components of our Washington Institute conference on May 15-17, 2022. This role will work with NCJW from the fall of 2021 through the spring of 2022. They will work closely with NCJW’s lead programmatic staff for the conference and be responsible for planning the logistics.
About Washington Institute
Washington Institute is NCJW’s flagship conference in Washington, DC in which NCJW’s national network gathers to make change happen. In 2022, this conference will be held in person and have a virtual experience offered online. We expect 350-500 people to attend in person.
COMPENSATION AND PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Interested applicants should submit a short proposal based on the above responsibilities that include the scope of work, estimated hours, and compensation. In your proposal, describe your relevant experience and accomplishments, and provide examples of conferences and events you have planned with previous clients. Please include a detailed description of the services you and your team (if applicable) would provide. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Selection will be based on alignment with RFP, demonstrated understanding of the project, detailed description of services to be provided, track record of success, qualifications, competitive fees, and references.
