Modern Pastel Wedding Centerpieces

I need a creative florist who can take full charge of the reception table décor for my wedding. The only floral element I am commissioning is the centerpieces, and I want them to feel fresh, modern, and minimalist while still soft and romantic through a pastel-shade palette.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Design concept: a short mood board or sketch that shows your minimalist approach and the pastel tones you would weave in.

• Production: sourcing all flowers, vessels, and any complementary elements (think simple glass, ceramic, or metal containers that keep lines clean).

• Execution on the day: delivery, on-site setup, and a quick post-event strike or pick-up so the venue is left spotless.

Final table count and timing will be confirmed as soon as my RSVPs settle, but please outline how many centerpieces you can comfortably handle and the stem varieties you envision using. Photographs of previous modern, pastel work will help me choose quickly.
