Modern Jubilee Event Décor
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m arranging a joint celebration this February at our new Balanstraße office in Munich—both our jubilee anniversary and the official office opening. About 20 guests will be attending, and I want the main event area (our office, not so big) to feel modern and sleek.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Concept & mood-board: a clear visual plan that captures a sleek, contemporary style, incorporating subtle company branding where it fits.
• Decoration plan for the main event area: focus on floral arrangements and balloon installations that complement each other rather than compete.
• Materials & sourcing: compile a shopping list with local suppliers or rental options, including estimated costs and lead times.
• On-site execution: be in Munich to install the decorations (and dismantle afterward) so the space is guest-ready before the event begins.
• Coordination: liaise with our team and any vendors for smooth delivery and setup.
You’ll be working in English with my largely international team, so clear communication is essential. If you have photos of past modern corporate setups—or ideas that show inventive floral-balloon combinations—feel free to include them with your proposal.
