Hyderabad Wedding Planning Partner

My wedding will take place in Hyderabad and I need an experienced coordinator to steer the remaining planning and on-ground execution. The work centres on three pillars: finalising the venue, handling every touchpoint with our guests, and keeping key vendors perfectly aligned.

Venue selection
You will scout, compare and lock in a venue that matches our style and guest count, prepare a cost and availability matrix, arrange site visits and oversee the contracting process.

Guest management
From designing and sending invitations to tracking RSVPs in real time, you will maintain a live guest list, manage seating, and secure hotel/transport options for out-of-town attendees. Google Sheets, Excel or similar tracking tools are fine—just keep the data clean and shareable.

Vendor coordination
I have short-listed caterers, photographers and florists; you will compare quotes, negotiate, finalise agreements and serve as the single point of contact through to event day.

Key deliverables
• Curated shortlist of 3–5 venues with pricing, pros/cons and visit schedule
• Centralised RSVP & accommodation tracker, updated daily
• Signed agreements and confirmed timelines for caterer, photographer and florist
• Detailed wedding-day run-of-show with contact sheet and contingency notes
