Housewarming Event Planning

I’m organizing a house-warming for around 30-50 guests and want the evening to feel effortless, vibrant, and memorable. I’m looking for an experienced event planner to take the lead from concept to completion, coordinating three key elements:
Catering – curate and manage a menu that blends familiar favourites with creative touches, oversee tastings, hire service staff, and ensure all serving ware, presentation, and cleanup are handled seamlessly.
Bartending – source and manage a professional bartender who can design a custom cocktail list suited to the event’s tone, handle setup and glassware, and ensure responsible service throughout the night.
DJ & Entertainment – secure a DJ capable of reading the room and creating a lively but balanced atmosphere—music that energizes without overwhelming conversation, with all sound and lighting equipment provided.
I’ll provide floor plans, and we can finalise the theme and overall vibe together. You’ll prepare a clear event timeline, vendor list with contact details, and a budget tracker for approval at each stage. Day-of coordination is essential—I’d like one point of contact ensuring everything flows smoothly while I focus on my guests.
