I’m hosting an end-of-year holiday party and want every guest to feel welcomed the moment they step through the door. I need a professional greeter positioned at the main entrance to deliver a warm, spoken greeting throughout guest arrival.
What I’m after is someone who can set the tone for the evening—confident, upbeat, and able to keep the welcome consistent even during peak arrival periods. The greeting should be brief, festive, and tailored to the event’s vibe; if you have ideas for a short script, all the better.
• Arrival at least 30 minutes before doors open for a quick run-through with me and the venue team
• Continuous spoken greetings at the entrance for roughly the first two to three hours of the party
