Haloea The iDyll

I am organizing a thematic gala with 120 attendants in Honolulu, Hawaii. The event is based on ancient Greek culture, and I bring from the past to the present a magical experience within an electronic music atmosphere, where people can eat, talk, drink wine, and dance. The event lasts 5 hours, and our target market is people between 25 and 45 years old with good economic status to pay for expensive tickets. The show includes 3 DJs and one entertainer to animate the event. Our profit will be from access and merchandising sales in our westside. I need help to plan my budget.
