We are in search of a professional and experienced wedding planner to orchestrate our wedding in Goa, set for August 2025.
Event Details:
Guest Count: Approximately 260 guests
Venue Requirements: Must accommodate at least 100 guests on-site. We also need recommendations for nearby accommodations for the remaining 160 guests.
Location: Goa
Responsibilities:
Venue Selection: Assist in finding and securing a venue that meets our requirements.
Accommodation Coordination: Provide information and recommendations for additional guest accommodations.
Planning & Coordination: Manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for catering, decorations, entertainment, and other wedding services.
Day-of Coordination: Ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.
Requirements:
Proven experience in planning and executing weddings, particularly in Goa.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills to handle any unexpected issues.
References from previous clients are highly appreciated.
