German-Speaking Portugal Tour Planner

I’m organising multi-day trips for German-speaking groups and need someone who already lives in Portugal and knows the cities beyond the usual tourist routes. Your local insight will shape a series of customised city tours, weaving in the best cultural experiences and food-and-drink stops that capture Portugal’s character.

What I’m counting on you to do:
• Craft a day-by-day city-tour itinerary that flows logically and keeps travel time low.
• Recommend and, where possible, secure well-located hotels that match our budget and comfort expectations.
• Curate bookings for museums, historical sites, tastings, restaurants or cooking classes—anything that turns culture and cuisine into memorable moments for the group.
• Be available—virtually or in person—to smooth out last-minute changes and answer questions in German.

Key points to keep in mind
– Language: all communication with me and the group must be in German.
– Group size will be confirmed shortly, but plan for 50-60 people.
– Trip dates are tentative for beginning October (but will be all over the year); flexibility is appreciated while flights are finalised.
– I’m looking for someone who can prove local knowledge, whether through guiding credentials, previous group work, or simply a portfolio of itineraries.
