I’m a corporate communications professional.
Our company will participate in a real estate exhibition. (https://www.cityscapeglobal.com/en/home.html)
I am the project manager and I need your your support with the great experience that you have in events planning, to help me with the following:
- Evaluating the current plan that we make me and the friends from the company team.
- Event timeline with the main milestone for the deadlines, example ( booth design, execution, gift item, hospitality .
- Event checklist, we have it already in Excel (need your thoughts and how we could develop it and use new excel or other professional template or tools)
- Event social media postings plan, we have it already ( need to develop it and present it in nice way to the top management)
- budget tracking plan.
- The final report after the event done with all headlines and important numbers.
