Event Specialist for 3months project
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 SGD
Job Responsibilities
-Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
-Deep project oversight to ensure that we eliminate time sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative with appropriate velocity.
-Coordinate and lead on boarding, kick off, and ongoing meetings to ensure cross-functional teams (with internal and external stakeholders, including clients) are aligned on priorities and deadlines throughout the entire project lifecycle.
-Ability to proactively identify and solve for potential challenges in the creative and production processes. Ability to effectively manage expectations, when necessary.
-Strong ability to identify and connect project stakeholders
