Engagement Party Event Coordinator (day of only)

I'm seeking a “day of” event coordinator for a day, who can efficiently handle food and drink organization as well as implement decorations for my engagement party at 30 park place in Tribeca manhattan. While there won't be a specific theme or color scheme (just afternoon tea), I'd appreciate someone with a knack for aesthetics so the space feels inviting and festive. Your responsibilities would also include being the point person on the day of the event so everything runs smoothly. Ideal candidates should have:

- Proven experience in event planning, preferably on rooftop terraces
- A creative eye for decorations
- Excellent organizational skills for managing food and drink availability
- Capabilities to manage unforeseen situations effectively on the day of the event
