We will be celebrating our 5th-year wedding anniversary in a rented Airbnb and I need the entire dinner-date experience professionally set up before we arrive. The mood I have in mind is distinctly elegant rather than overly romantic or casual. Think refined tablescape, gentle candlelight and tasteful flower arrangements that complement the space without overwhelming it.

Cuisine must be Italian. If you are a chef, great—otherwise I’m happy for you to coordinate a trusted caterer while you focus on décor and service flow. The apartment will be available to you three hours prior to dinner; by the time we walk in I want the table laid, candles ready to light, blooms in place and the first course warming.

Essential deliverables:
• Tablescape styled for two (quality linens, dinnerware, glassware, flatware)
• Candle placement that provides soft yet sufficient lighting (unscented)
• Fresh flower arrangements in a palette you recommend after seeing the room photos
• An Italian four-course menu arranged, plated and timed for a seamless experience
• Light background music playlist ready to stream (optional but appreciated)
• Complete teardown and cleanup after we leave for the evening
