We have a corporate event coming up and our marketing team wants to boost brand awareness for one of our existing products. I already have the full-body mascot suit; what I need is a lively, reliable performer who can stay in character, interact naturally with guests, and create memorable photo moments throughout the function. This is a business setting—think upbeat engagement rather than stadium antics or children’s-party slapstick—so professionalism alongside high energy is essential.
Deliverables:
• Arrive on site 30 minutes before call time for a quick brief and to gear up.
• Wear the mascot suit comfortably for roughly two hours, taking short breaks as needed.
• Greet attendees, pose for photos, hand out branded giveaways, and subtly reinforce key talking points about the product.
• Maintain the suit’s condition (no food or colored drinks while suited) and assist with packing it away after the event.
Acceptance criteria:
• Guests remain engaged and approach for photos throughout the slot.
• All branded props are distributed and the key product messages are delivered as rehearsed.
• The suit is returned undamaged and presentable.
