Corporate Anniversary Party

Good morning! We are looking for an executive party planner to help with finalizing details for a 30th corporate anniversary party at the Crescent Hotel. There are a lot of tasks already completed, but due to timing constraints, looking for someone to help with hiring a photographer, step and repeat, corporate gifts, A/V equipment, signage, and assisting the day of the event.
