Job Title: Nightclub Business Outreach Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and communicative individual to join our team as a Nightclub Business Outreach Representative for an immediate and time-sensitive task. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to a list of nightclubs in the United States to initiate contact and gather essential information for potential business collaborations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with phone communication, have a friendly and professional demeanor, and be able to follow a provided script effectively.

Immediate Task Deadline: The task must be initiated immediately, and all calls should be completed by 10 PM Eastern time. This is a time-sensitive opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Initiate Outbound Calls:

Place calls to nightclubs in the United States according to the provided list.
Use the script provided to initiate contact and present the purpose of the call.
Follow Script and Gather Information:

Follow the provided script to guide the conversation with nightclub representatives.
Collect essential information about the nightclub's interests and requirements for potential business collaborations.
Maintain Professionalism:

Communicate in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
Handle inquiries and objections with tact and courtesy.
Document and Report:

Record accurate and detailed notes during and after each call.
Provide feedback on the success of the call and any relevant information obtained.
Adhere to Schedule:

Complete the calling task within the expected time frame (approximately one to two hours).
Task Deadline Reminder: The task must be initiated immediately, and all calls should be completed by 10 PM Eastern time. Please prioritize the time-sensitive nature of this opportunity.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills with fluent English proficiency.

Additional Requirement:

Fluent English:

Must speak fluent English to ensure effective communication with nightclub owners.
Zoom Call Participation:

Ability to be on a Zoom call with a supervisor during the calling session.
Opportunity for the Virtual Assistant to ask questions and seek guidance while monitoring calls.
This is a short-term, part-time opportunity with an immediate task deadline. Training will be provided, including a detailed script and guidance on information gathering.
