Car Clinic Event Coordinator for SUV Study

I'm seeking an experienced event manager to assist in coordinating a four-day car clinic in Alexandria in August. We will have 6 models on display and bring though 15 groups of 10 participants for 90 minute sessions over 4 days. Respondents will complete surveys on tablets about specific features of the models on display, and some will go for a test drive before being interviewed by one of our researchers.
I need someone who can help me coordinate logistics with the venue, audio-visual requirements, translator, researchers, supervisors, participants, cars, security, Teams links - as well as responding to client demands and requests. (The client is an overseas market research agency conducting this work for a new car.)
