Key Responsibilities:
- Manage nominations and delegate acquisition with 3-4 calling executives.
- Target specific high-level professionals such as Head - Talent Acquisition, Chief Talent Officer, and CHRO.

Target Audience:
- Nomination: 450-500 verified contacts.
- Delegate Acquisition: 120-130 verified contacts.

Project Specifications:
- Duration: 45 days.
- Quality over quantity: Ensure results are from verified contacts.

Cost Proposal:
- Provide a full project cost estimate including cost per nomination and cost per delegate acquisition.
- Payment is contingent upon nomination and delegate arrival or confirmation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience with HR-related events is a must.
- Proven track record in managing high-level professional events.
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
