Birthday Party Planning & Video
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
I’m preparing a memorable birthday celebration and need a creative partner to handle the party logistics and capture the event on film. Your role starts well before the big day—help me refine the theme, source decorations, coordinate a simple timeline, and liaise with any vendors we lock in.
On the day itself, I’d like you (or your small crew) to shoot a live-action highlight reel. We only need 1–3 minutes of polished footage, so smart shot-selection and tight editing are key. Natural lighting, clear audio, and smooth transitions matter more to me than heavy effects. After the event, please edit the best moments into a dynamic short video, add tasteful background music that’s royalty-free, and deliver the final file in HD along with all raw clips.
If you’ve planned parties before and know your way around cameras, lighting, and quick turnaround editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, I’d love to hear how you’d approach it and see samples of similar work.
