I’m organising a birthday party scheduled for 14 May and would like a dedicated caterer to handle all food and beverage needs for the day. Everything else—decor, music, and general logistics—is already arranged, so your sole focus will be delivering a memorable menu and smooth service.
Here’s what I have in mind so far:
• Service window: late afternoon through early evening (exact hours can be finalised together).
• Cuisine: open to suggestions, but it must be family-friendly with vegetarian options.
• Setup: buffet or food-station style preferred; I will arrange seating and tableware unless you recommend otherwise.
• Headcount: I’ll confirm the final guest list as soon as possible, but plan for roughly 35–40 people.
• Cleanup: please include breakdown and rubbish removal in your quote.
Acceptance criteria
• A proposed menu with item descriptions, portion estimates, and dietary notes.
• A timeline that covers arrival, setup, service, and teardown.
• Total cost with any optional upgrades clearly separated.
