I’m marrying my partner in Tokyo and need a fluent Japanese-English speaker to make the entire local process feel effortless.
First, we’ll meet at the city ward office. You’ll:
• Translate any remaining documents we bring
• Guide us line-by-line through the application so nothing is missed
• Speak directly with the counter staff on our behalf until the paperwork is formally accepted
Once that is done, we’ll head to a nearby park for a very small, informal vow exchange—no more than fifteen minutes. I simply need someone who can coordinate the flow, keep an eye on timing, and handle any questions from park staff or curious onlookers in Japanese while we focus on each other.
Total time commitment should be no more than half a day. If you’ve previously navigated international marriage paperwork or helped at city wards, please mention it. Travel within Tokyo will be covered, and the date is flexible but likely late June.
