Austin Private Party Trivia Host

I’m planning a lively private party in Austin and need an engaging trivia host who can keep 20-50 guests laughing, thinking, and competing for bragging rights. The game itself should be built around a completely custom theme that we’ll shape together—I already have a few quirky ideas, but I’m counting on your creativity and experience to turn them into a polished question set, smooth pacing, and a fun point-tracking system.

You’ll run the entire session on-site: welcome the crowd, explain the rules, read the questions, collect and score answers, announce winners, and maintain high energy from start to finish. Please bring whatever you typically use to make things flow (laptop with slides, buzzer apps, scoreboards, mic, small speaker, etc.) and be comfortable adapting to the venue’s AV setup if needed.

Deliverables:
• A curated pack of custom-themed trivia questions with answers
• All hosting materials (slides, answer sheets, digital tools) ready to go
• 60–90 minutes of live, interactive hosting in Austin on the event date
• Final standings summary I can share with guests afterward
