Artistic Competition Setup Assistance
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m preparing to launch an artistic competition and need a freelancer who can turn the basic idea into a fully-fledged event. The core goal is to craft everything that sits behind a successful contest: a clear concept, easy-to-follow rules, fair judging criteria, promotional copy, and a straightforward submission workflow.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Competition blueprint – purpose, theme options, timeline, and key milestones.
• Entry guidelines – eligibility, format specs, file-naming conventions, and an FAQ for participants.
• Judging framework – scoring rubric, tie-breaker logic, and briefing notes I can hand to jurors.
• Marketing starter pack – short and long promo blurbs, social media captions, plus one eye-catching poster design (print-ready, layered source file included).
• Handover checklist – a concise document summarising all links, passwords, and assets so I can manage the event independently after delivery.
Please base everything on widely used tools (Google Docs / Sheets, Canva or Adobe, etc.) so I can edit without special software. The work is done once each deliverable is approved and I can run a small test submission through the process without hiccups.
If you’ve built or consulted on art, design, or creative competitions before, let me know—examples will help me choose quickly.
