Annual School Event Calendar Creation

I need a clear, well-structured event calendar that covers one full academic year and brings together every key date on our school’s agenda. The finished calendar must show:

• Academic milestones such as exams, project deadlines and parent–teacher meetings
• All sports fixtures and tournaments, including practice blocks where relevant
• Cultural highlights—festivals, theatrical productions, music nights, art exhibitions and any other community events

Please organise the information month-by-month so staff, students and parents can grasp upcoming activities at a glance, and deliver it in an editable format (Google Sheets, Excel or another universally accessible option) along with a nicely formatted PDF ready for print or email.

Consistency in naming conventions, colour coding by event type and a brief description for each entry will be considered part of the acceptance criteria. Once I approve the structure, you can populate the dates; I will supply any missing details promptly.
